Arrive: Friday from 4.30pm onwards for 7pm led practice followed by dinner.
Leave: Sunday 4.30pm.

An opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice of yoga for a few days: - for most of us this rewarding experience is only possible in the retreat setting, where all other distractions can be put aside.
Venue: Bamarang Bush Retreat on the Shoalhaven River just outside Nowra. The centre consists of a yoga space, accommodation in three separate mud brick houses set in beautiful countryside. The photographs are from previous Newtown Yoga Room retreats at Bamarang.
All meals will be provided and are delicious vegetarian.
