Term 1 Beginners Yoga Course

Wednesday February 3 to Sunday March 15

The Beginners Class times are:

  • Wednesday   6.15 pm - 7.15 pm

  • Friday             6.15 pm - 7.15 pm

  • Saturday        8.45 am - 10.00 am

Attendance Options

Each week there are 3 classes covering the same material. 

You can choose:

One in-studio class with the option of attending the other 2 classes online (reinforcing that weeks content)

OR if you prefer

Online Only, attending 1, 2 or all 3 classes via zoom.

Due to current COVID 19 restrictions on class size, we can only offer 1 in-studio class per week per student.

This gives you a possible 18 classes for the course.

 

This foundation course is suitable for complete beginners with no experience in yoga, or for those with little or no experience in Iyengar yoga and would like to explore this style.

The course offers:

  • a clear, logical  progression through the foundation practices, building week by week

  • a very advantageous learning and pricing structure as you can attend up to 3 classes each week.  

  • Taught by highly trained and experienced teachers, you will learn the foundational practices of Iyengar yoga and be guided to establish a simple effective daily practice.

Once enroled you will receive an email showing you how to reserve your place in the classes you wish to attend.
