Re-opening in-studio classes Saturday 20th June


We're looking forward to gradually getting back to teaching in the yoga room and seeing you all in person. 


COVID-19 Protection measures


To comply with social distancing stipulations and to keep us all safe the following measures have been put in place:


-In-studio classes will have a maximum of 9 students so BOOKINGS and VALID PASSES are ESSENTIAL (see below)


-Equipment and props


We have restricted the use of yoga room equipment. Please bring your own and make sure you have your name on it.  

Ideally: a mat, 2 blankets, 2 blocks and a belt.


Next best: 2 blankets,1 or 2 blocks and a belt. You can use a studio mat and disinfect it before and after class.


If you find yourself for whatever reason arriving without equipment you may use studio equipment. Any soft equipment you use will be set aside for 48 hours before it can be used again. This is not ideal and if too many people use the soft equipment we will soon run out.


A wide range of yoga equipment can be purchased from including light-weight mats.

-Hand sanitiser is available in the entry and in the yoga room and we encourage frequent use as well as hand washing

-Spray Sanitisers are provided to sanitise any mats used, the chairs and backbenders. 

-Please bring your own water: we no longer provide glasses or filtered water.


If you have any symptoms of being unwell at all please do not attend in person and opt for the online classes which will be still be running.

There have been additions and changes to the online timetable from Saturday 20th, as well as the addition of 4 in-studio classes so please review the following:

9.30 - 11.00am       Level 1/General online


Sunday 21st

9.00 - 9.20am         Guided meditation online (free to all)

8.15 - 9.45am         Level 1 in-studio (new)


Monday 22nd

9.30 - 11.00am       Level 1 Class online (new)

6.00 - 7.15pm         Beginners/Level 1 online


Tuesday 23rd

6.30 - 7.45am        Mindfulness Meditation online

9.30 - 11.00am      Gentle Beginners online*

9.30 - 11.00am      Gentle Beginners in-studio*

(*Connie will be teaching the Gentle Beginners in the studio and 'zooming' it online at the same time)


6.00 - 7.30pm        General online


Wednesday 24th

7.00 - 7.20am        Guided meditation online (free to all)

6.00 - 7.30pm        Level 1 online


Thursday 25th

6.00 - 7.30 pm      General online*

6.00 - 7.30 pm      General in-studio*

                             (*Connie will be teaching this class in the studio and 'zooming' it online at the same time)


Friday 26th

9.30 - 11.00am     Level 1 in-studio (moved from on-line)

5.00 - 5.20pm       Guided meditation online (free to all)

6.00 - 7.15pm       Beginners online


The above timetable will repeat through to Sunday 12th July.


Provided that lockdown restrictions continue to ease, we will consider adding more in-studio classes after 2 weeks, so please keep an eye out for changes and further updates from us.




To enrol in either online or in-studio classes set up an account and buy a valid class pass. Most of you have an account already . If not set one up here

When we took our classes online we reduced the cost substantially. We will for the time being continue to offer these inexpensive classes online. The in-studio prices will be as before COVID-19. This means that you won't be able to use your Online pass for the In-studio classes and vice versa.

Those of you with credit on passes bought pre-COVID-19 will be able to reactivate these upon resuming in-studio classes.


Please make sure therefore when purchasing a pass that you choose the correct one: online or in-studio
